Centered in West Godavari District in Andhra Pradesh, e-Seva Kendras are run by locally motivated entrepreneurs that provide various government services like issuance of nativity certificates, income certificates or Record of Rights. It also collects various dues like electricity and telephone. In addition it provides services like online Mandi rates, Tele Medicine, Tele Agriculture, Matrimonial Services and also doubles up as computer training centre for village children. These entrepreneurs are now earning as much as twenty thousand rupees per month in addition to providing widespread employment to many more. Local handicraft like Lace is being marketed overseas using e-Seva.
